Hose Adapters |
| Hose adapters are one of the important hose fittings that are used to connect two different surfaces, with complete reliability. These hose fittings are appreciated for features such as durability, sturdy construction and less prone breakage. Bullhead Tees Fittings |
| Bullhead Tees Fittings offered by us are amongst the general fittings available with all female thread sockets and solvent weld sockets. Further, these tee fittings are also available with opposed solvent weld sockets and a side outlet with female threads. Bullheads are the Tee in which the branch ports are larger than the run ports. Bull head Tees are basically defined as the tee fittings where "branch pipe" connections are of larger diameter than the straight through "run" connections (Non-ANSI B16.9). In these tee fittings, flow typically comes into the Tee through the "branch" pipe and the flow outlets are split between the two "run" connections. These bullhead tees fittings are useful for supplying flow to smaller diameter piping in opposite directions without the need for reducers. Moreover, the side outlets are the largest socket on the tee and thus, look somewhat like a bull's head. Bullhead Tees are widely used in low pressure heating and air conditioning systems. A quantity of bullhead tees are manufactured specifically for ponds and are called "Rareer Tees". Equipped with built in "cushion" in the bottom, where water fall before entering the dam pipe, the rareer portion of these tee being larger than the through pipe helps eliminate a vortex effect when the through pipe are full of water. |
